The friendly front desk staff made me feel right at home, and my room was tidy and cozy. Plus, I discovered some awesome local eateries just a hop away, like Waffle House and Denny’s for breakfast!

The shower was a struggle with no hot water and we got hit with a strange smell near the elevator.

I booked a stay primarily for the advertised hot tub, and was disappointed to find it out of order. The room was nice and comfortable, which made up for the lack of the hot tub. The staff were helpful, and I appreciated that the management was transparent about the renovations. However, if I had known about the missing amenity beforehand, I might have chosen a different location.

The King Room with Sofa Bed provided ample space for relaxation, making it a decent spot to unwind after a long day. Proximity to nearby attractions and easy access to the main road made it convenient for exploring local dining options.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was comfy overall. The bed was really nice, and the room was clean. However, it faced a Wendy's drive-thru, so that bright light was pretty annoying at night. The drapes didn't block it well, which was a bummer. Other than that, I liked the amenities. Not a bad spot!

I appreciated the hotel’s close proximity to the Ozark Center Point Place, which was just a short stroll away, and the fact that great dining options like Denny's were less than a 5-minute walk made our weekend so much smoother and enjoyable.

It was just an appropriate option for a day tour in Springdale with good value considering price it charged. The front desk staff was friendly and helped us with quick check-in.

We had a wonderful stay at Doubletree By Hilton Springdale! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy corner perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our experience even better. Plus, the free cookies at check-in were a delightful surprise!
